- Pending: Hang tight! We're just verifying these points, usually from purchases and referrals, before you can cash them in.
- Cancelled: Uh-oh! These points won't make it to the finish line. Whether it's a cancelled purchase or a return, they won't be adding to your retro riches.
Friend Refund & Your Rewards
If a pal you referred changes their mind, unfortunately, your pending points will follow suit and turn into cancelled ones, bidding farewell to your account.

Cheribomb Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Membership Eligibility:
- Participation in the Cheribomb Rewards Program ("Program") is open to individuals who have created an account on the Cheribomb website ("Site").
- Members must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction to join the Program.

- Points can be earned through various activities, including but not limited to, making purchases, referring friends, and engaging with the Site.
- Cheribomb reserves the right to adjust the point allocation for activities and to add or remove earning opportunities at any time without prior notice.

Point Redemption:
- Points can be redeemed for rewards available in the "Redeem Points" section of the Program.
- Cheribomb may modify the rewards catalog, including adding or removing rewards, at its discretion.

Point Expiry:
- Points accumulated in the Program expire 12 months from the date of earning.
- Expired points will be automatically removed from the member's account without compensation.

- Points may have different statuses, including "Approved," "Pending," and "Cancelled," as described in the Program guidelines.
- Cheribomb reserves the right to adjust points status in accordance with the terms outlined in the Program.

Referral Program:

- Cheribomb reserves the right to terminate a member's participation in the Program if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
