Second Chance Range Refund Conditions: Items purchased from our Second Chance range are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Notification: You must advise Cheribomb Retro of the return via email at info@cheribombretro.com within 1 day of the item being delivered.

  2. Return Period: The garment must be returned to Cheribomb Retro Headquarters within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Return Postage: Return postage is at the buyer's cost.

  4. Administration Fee: All returns will incur a 10% administration fee.

  5. Non-refundable Charges: Postal charges are not refundable.

Main Store Returns Process: We understand the complexities of online shopping and aim to simplify the returns process for you. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Exchange Requests: For exchange requests, contact us at info@cheribombretro.com to reserve your desired exchange item.

  3. Sales Items: Sales items, including clearance items or those purchased with a discount code, are eligible for return but will be refunded as store credit.

  4. Return Timeframe: Items for exchange, refund, or store credit must be returned within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

  5. Refunds and Admin Fee: We offer refunds for incorrect sizes or change of mind but charge a 10% admin fee on the total item cost. Postage is non-refundable.

  6. Store Credit Option: Opt for a 100% item fee store credit upon returning the garment. We meticulously inspect each garment for the highest quality.

  7. Damaged Garments: If your garment arrives damaged, contact us at info@cheribombretro.com, and we'll assist you promptly. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  8. Return Postage: Buyers are responsible for all return and repost postage. We recommend using a tracked Australia Post satchel to ensure a smooth return process.

  9. PayPal Returns Eligibility: If you've paid with PayPal, check if you qualify under their free returns policy for added convenience.

  10. Store Credit Details: Store credit is issued as a gift card with a 3-year expiry period.

  11. Wrong Item or Damaged Item: In case of receiving a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately. Return procedures will be initiated, and replacements will be sent upon agreement.
