Second Chance Range Refund Conditions: Items purchased from our Second Chance range are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Return Period: The garment must be returned to Cheribomb Retro Headquarters within 7 days of delivery.

Return Postage: Return postage is at the buyer's cost.

Refunds and Admin Fee: We offer refunds for incorrect sizes or change of mind but charge a 10% admin fee on the total item cost. Postage is non-refundable.

Store Credit Option: Opt for a 100% item fee store credit upon returning the garment. We meticulously inspect each garment for the highest quality.

Damaged Garments: If your garment arrives damaged, contact us at info@cheribombretro.com, and we'll assist you promptly. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Return Postage: Buyers are responsible for all return and repost postage. We recommend using a tracked Australia Post satchel to ensure a smooth return process.
