We happily offer refunds for incorrect sizes or  change of mind, but we do charge a 10% restocking fee on the total of the item. Postage is not refundable or returnable.

We also offer a 100% item fee store credit upon return of garment. We personally inspect every garment before it’s sent to you to make sure we only offer the highest quality product.

For any returns of purchases made at Cheribomb Retro, please email within 14 days and we will kick off the easy process with you.

Garments are to be unworn, unwashed and tags to be attached and in tact.
Buyer pays all postage associated with the return and repost of the item. We suggest that you post your return in a tracked Australia Post satchel so you can track it’s process to us, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges on garments that are not received.

We will post your exchange to you once we receive your original garment. Please allow 3 business days for your return/refund to be processed. 

Please note: you have 30 days to return exchanges to us from date of receiving the item (or it being delivered to the post office). Any exchanges or returns after 30 days are null and void.

Please note: we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on knickers, stockings or hair accessories in accordance with Australian Hygiene laws.

Unfortunately we can only offer refunds with a 10% restocking fee applied for change of mind, even if the item has not been posted. There is a simple reason for this – while we actively strive to keep our stock affordable for everyone, we do take a hit in our profit from different payment gateways. We do not pass this onto our wonderful customers, either in the price of the item or as an added cost, but it means that we can’t offer full refunds as it results in us being out of pocket.

If your item is faulty, please contact us at as soon as possible and we will commence the process to rectify the situation.

If you order a preorder garment and decide that you no longer want it – that’s completely cool, however the 10% restocking fee will apply. We incur non refundable charges with every payment gateway, even if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
