Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia is a low flat rate of $7.95 standard (up to 14 business days to arrive) or $10.95 Express Post (5-7 business days)

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $15 rate (14-28 business days), or $25 express (7-10 business days).

We ship to the rest of the world for a flat rate of $40

We ship via Australia Post. With the changes in 2020, Standard Shipping Australia wide will take between 7-10 business days, and Express shipping between 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification from Australia Post and Cheribomb Retro when your order is couriered.

Standard shipping to New Zealand will take 14-28 business days, and Express shipping 5-9 business days.

Please note: we prioritise sending over tracking and it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to come through to your email.

Returns & Refunds Information

We know that buying online can be daunting and we want to make your experience as enjoyable and easy as possible.

If you wold like to exchange your order, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can be sure to reserve your exchange.
Sales item may not be returned for refund, but they may be returned for store credit. This includes sales items in clearance and items purchased using a discount code.
Items for exchange, refund or store credit must be returned to use within 30 days of receipt of delivery to yourself (or the post office)
We happily offer refunds for incorrect sizes or change of mind, but we do charge a 10% admin fee on the total of the item. Postage is not refundable or returnable.
We also offer a 100% item fee store credit upon return of garment. We personally inspect every garment before it’s sent to you to make sure we only offer the highest quality product.
If the garment is damaged, please contact [email protected] and we will assist you.
Garments are to be unworn, unwashed and tags to be attached and in tact. If the garment is anything other than pristine, we will contact you with options for it’s return.
Buyer pays all postage associated with the return and repost of the item. We suggest that you post your return in a tracked Australia Post satchel so you can track it’s process to us, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges on garments that are not received. If you have paid with PayPal, check to see if you are eligible under their free returns policy.
Store credit is issued to you in the form of a gift card. There is a 3 year expiry set on the card.

She’s as cute as a kitten! Maybe even multiple kittens! The Kitty Cat Swing Skirt is an adorably playful swing skirt full of swinging whit and mischievous behaviour! She features a large embroidered kitty cat motif that follows a twisting, twirling ball of yarn that stretches up towards her waistline. Kitty comes complete with a gorgeous wide waistband that sits at the natural waistline and a chunky black belt pulling in and accentuating both your hips and waist. Finishing just past the knees, and fastening with an auto-lock zip, she’s made from our favourite cotton stretch fabric making her super breezy and flexible

Please note: we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on knickers, stockings or hair accessories in accordance with Australian Hygiene laws.

Unfortunately we can only offer refunds with a 10% restocking fee applied for change of mind, even if the item has not been posted. There is a simple reason for this – while we actively strive to keep our stock affordable for everyone, we do take a hit in our profit from different payment gateways. We do not pass this onto our wonderful customers, either in the price of the item or as an added cost, but it means that we can’t offer full refunds as it results in us being out of pocket.

If your item is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will commence the process to rectify the situation.

If you order a preorder garment and decide that you no longer want it – that’s completely cool, however the 10% restocking fee will apply. We incur non refundable charges with every payment gateway, even if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
