Shipping within Australia is a low flat rate of $8.95 standard (up to 14 business days to arrive) or $11.95 Express Post (5-7 business days)

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $15 rate (14-28 business days), or $25 express (7-10 business days).

We ship to the rest of the world for a flat rate of $40

We ship via Australia Post. With the changes in 2020, Standard Shipping Australia wide will take between 7-14 business days, and Express shipping between 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification from Australia Post and Cheribomb Retro when your order is couriered.

Standard shipping to New Zealand will take 14-28 business days, and Express shipping 5-9 business days.

Please note: we prioritise sending over tracking and it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to come through to your email.

We know that buying online can be daunting and we want to make your experience as enjoyable and easy as possible.

• If you wold like to exchange your order, please contact us at info@cheribombretro.com so that we can be sure to reserve your exchange.
• Sales item may not be returned for refund, but they may be returned for store credit. This includes sales items in clearance and items purchased using a discount code.
• Items for exchange, refund or store credit must be returned to use within 30 days of receipt of delivery to yourself (or the post office)
• We happily offer refunds for incorrect sizes or  change of mind, but we do charge a 10% admin fee on the total of the item. Postage is not refundable or returnable.
• We also offer a 100% item fee store credit upon return of garment. We personally inspect every garment before it’s sent to you to make sure we only offer the highest quality product.
• If the garment is damaged, please contact info@cheribombretro.com and we will assist you.
• Garments are to be unworn, unwashed and tags to be attached and in tact. If the garment is anything other than pristine, we will contact you with options for it’s return.
• Buyer pays all postage associated with the return and repost of the item. We suggest that you post your return in a tracked Australia Post satchel so you can track it’s process to us, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges on garments that are not received. If you have paid with PayPal, check to see if you are eligible under their free returns policy.
• Store credit is issued to you in the form of a gift card. There is a 3 year expiry set on the card.
