After making purchase, customer have 12 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund.
After that date, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.
We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we ship it out.
When we issue preorders, we provide a shipped by date.
If that date has passed and the item has not been shipped, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
If it is before the shipping time, we are more than happy to issue a refund minus 10% admin fee (we incur charges from payment gateways with every order that are not refundable to us), or a 100% store credit to be redeemed within 3 years.
